Our Warranty and Terms

This warranty is given by Rak Australia Pty Ltd.


The purchaser has specific legal rights. The purchaser may also have other rights depending on Australian Consumer Law.


Rak Australia Pty Ltd hereby warrants to the original customer, and it is not transferable, that the product sold by Rak Australia Pty Ltd is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from date of invoice. The obligations of Rak Australia Pty Ltd under this warranty are limited to the repair and replacement of such part of parts of the unit, at the address below, as shall be found upon inspection to be defective in material or workmanship.

Return of defective product to the address below is the responsibility of the customer.

The warranty contained herein is expressly in lieu of any other warranties, including implied warranty of merchantability and/or fitness for purpose.
The Warranty does not cover damages due to negligence, misuse, abuse, accidents, improper fitting, inappropriate maintenance or over loading above vehicles recommended capacity.


Any service carried out by a party other than Rak Australia Pty Ltd during the warranty period voids the warranty, unless it is agreed beforehand in writing by Rak Australia Pty
Ltd.

To make a warranty claim you must return the defective product or components.
The cost of returning the defective product or components to RAK Austrtalia will be borne by the person making the warranty claim.
